Q: How to place an order?
A: Pls contact our sales, he will lead you to order from us. Here are some general order processes:
- Order Confirmation: our sales will help you confirm your waxing requirement, and then give you a quotation according to your requirements.
- Sign PI: If the price is ok, then sign the PI, pay a deposit, then we will arrange the waxing goods production.
- Mass Production: After hair removal wax production needs you to pay the balance.
- Shipment: Finally we will ship the Goods of waxes.
Q: What’s your lead time?
A: From 7-15 days, different products and wax formulas, for example, hard wax, soft wax, wax warmers, bikini wax, face wax, and on your order quantity.
Q: Can we have our Logo or company name printed on your products or a package of wax beans for hair removal?
A: Yes, we accept OEM service, just send us the drawing design file, and we will make it.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: By T/T, 30% deposit in advance, balance 70% before shipment.
Q: How can you guarantee the quality of your waxing products?

Q: Can I ask for a sample before placing an order?

Q: Do you need an agent?
A: Yes, of course, we need many agents all over the world. To become our agent, we can give you the most competitive price and will not sell the same products to others in your area.
Q: Why does your hair removal wax not pull off all the hair?
A: You are not applying enough pressure with a spatula. Or melted wax is too cool or too thin.
Solution: Re-apply the melted wax with more pressure, so all the hairs are sufficiently shrink-wrapped by the wax. Re-heat the wax beans to 110℉/43℃, and re-apply thick enough wax.
Q: Why are the hard wax beans cracking or coming apart when peeled off?
A: There are two reasons for this problem. First, you apply too thinly wax, it is not enough to remove the hair. Second, the wax has cooled down, because you let the wax on the skin too long time.
Solution: You need to re-apply a thick layer of wax, and wait about 20 seconds, don’t wait too long time, remember.
Q: Do you produce a patent-design wax heater machine?
A: Yes, we have several private mold wax heater machines for hair removal, which already applied for and approved the appearance patent certificate in US, EU, and China.
Besides our R&D team can design and open private mold for you.
Q: How many colors of wax beans can you manufacture?
A: We can manufacture about 20 colors/flavors for hard wax beans, soft wax, and wax blocks, including Honey, Rose, Azulene/Chamomile, Lavender, Aloe, Strawberry, Tea Tree, Chocolate, Creme, Blackberry, Lemon, Dark Green, Violet, Banana, Pearl, Ocean, Orange, etc.
Q: Do you have LED display hot wax machines?
A: Yes, we have a private mold of LED display wax heater machine, which can show the working temperature.
Q: What is the function of red LED light in the wax heater machine?
A: The red LED in the single red LED wax heater will be on and off periodically, the red LED on indicates heating, and off indicates stopping heating, driven by the temp-control thermostat, to prevent over-heating.
Q: Why is the red light on and off when heating waxes? Is the wax hot machine broken?
A: Normally, the red LED will be on and off periodically, the red LED light on indicates heating, and the light off indicates stopping heating, driven by the temp-control thermostat, to prevent overheating.
Q: Does your factory have a dual LED wax machine kit?
A: Yes, Auperwel is the first waxing company who develop dual LED lights, with Red and Green LED light wax heater machines. Here is the principle of our dual lead wax heater machine:
When you connect the power, the RED light will stay on.
When your wax heater machine is heating, the green light will be on. However, if your wax heater machine stops heating under the temperature controller’s control, the green LED light will be off.
So the green LED light will be on and off periodically, it is normal, don’t worry.
Q: What is the difference between a single red LED wax hot machine and a dual red and green LED wax heater machine?
A: The red LED lights represent different meanings in these two wax heater machines.
The red LED will be on and off periodically for the single red wax heater machine. Read on to heat, and red off represents stop heating to prevent overheating.
While in the dual LED light wax heater, the RED light keep staying on as soon as power is connected.
The green LED light on means your wax heater machine is heating, at the same time, the green LED light off means the wax heater stops heating under the function of the temperature controller.
Q: Is the hair removal wax suitable for sensitive skin?
A: Basically no, especially the extremely sensitive skin is not suitable for hair removal waxing. Test it on a small patch of skin firstly to make sure your skin is not overly sensitive to the wax. Besides, retinol in a face cream and eye cream, antibiotics, and hormone medications may cause redness and irritation. Use healing ointment or aloe Vera to reduce the irritation in case.
Q: At what temperature should apply the melted wax on the skin?
A: Normally about 45℃/113℉ is suitable for applying wax on the skin. Test the wax temperature on small skin before applying to large body areas, do not get burned.
Q: What length of hair can be removed by hard wax beans?
A: Make sure your hair is more than 1/4 inch (6mm) in length for best results. Hair more than 1/4 inch (5mm) can be wrapped well by melted wax and pulled out from the hair root.
Q: Can I use water or alcohol to clean up the residual wax over the skin after hair removal?
A: No, water or alcohol can not clean up the wax residual, please after waxing cleansing oil to clean up.
Q: Why the body hair can not be removed?
A: The hair is too short. 1/4 inch(6.35mm) of the hair is most effective in removing hair.
The melted wax is too cold to adhere to the hair well. In such a situation, the wax should be reheated to a honey-like consistency.
Apply more pressure when using an applicator stick. Intense pressure ensures that each hair is well attached to the wax.
The thickness of the applied wax is too thick, resulting in poor attachment of wax. The optimum thickness for hair removal is 2 mm.
The direction of applying and removing wax is incorrect. When applying, follow the direction of hair growth so that the wax is well wrapped around the hair. When removing the wax, it should be quickly removed against the direction of hair growth.
Q: Do I need to shave before applying hard wax?
A: No, you do not need to shave at all. Please make sure that the hair length is longer than 1/4 inch (6mm), thus the melted film wax can wrap and grasp the hair, and pull off the hair from the root, achieving more than 95% hair removal result.
Q: Can I use a microwave oven to melt hard wax beads,?
A: No, you can’t control the temperature of wax beans with the microwave. The melt wax is easy too hot to be applied, and you will be burned by the too hot wax.
Besides, you need to keep melted wax beans warm during the waxing process, or it will become hardened and can’t pull off the hairs. The microwave can’t do that.
Q: Do you need waxing paper/strips for hard wax beans waxing?
A: Hard wax beads for hair removal are stripless wax. After cooling down the applied wax layer will harden and become an integrated wax film for pulling off, thus does not need waxing paper/waxing strip.
The usage is as follows,
- Use a wax warmer for hair removal to melt hard wax, then keep it about 125℉/50℃.
- Following the same direction of hair growth, firmly apply a thick layer of melted wax to the required body area.
- Wait about 10 to 30 seconds until the wax has dried, and it should not be sticky to touch. It is time to peel off the layer of wax. (Do not wait too long time, or the wax film may crack when pulled off.)
- Hold the skin tightly, pick up the edge of the wax film, and quickly and firmly pull off the wax film against the direction of hair growth.
- Apply a suitable skin care lotion or warm towel to eliminate any discomfort.
Q: As a waxing beginner, is it painful when waxing?
A: Painful depends on your tolerance. Some skill users feel no pain, some feel some slight pain momentarily upon removing, and some may feel it is painful the first time waxing. Ripping the hair follicles from the root is going to hurt a little. Use some healing ointment, body cleanser, or aloe Vera to reduce the pain, and prevent skin infection if you have tiny red blood specks from larger hair follicles removed
After 4-6 weeks later, for the second waxing time, it didn’t hurt at all as the hair was much softer, and the hair follicles were only 4 weeks old. This hair removal waxing also removes and dead skin, and our skin will become very smooth and soft like baby skin. It took off dead skin that a shower didn’t remove.
Q: Can I wax before or after a shower, swimming, or hot tub?
A: Please do not wax after a shower, swimming, or hot tub, skin needs to be very dry to achieve better hair removal results.
